The Wabash Middle School boys cross country team won the IWU Wildcat Classic Saturday afternoon with a score of 22 points. In a field of 98 runners Troy Guenin-Hodson stood alone as the overall individual champion. Not be out be outdone, Kaden Vogel’s spectacular race put him right behind his teammate for a 2nd place finish. Trevor Daughtry led the rest of the Apache pack with an inspired 4th place finish. Chase Howard and Bobby Shull finished 7th and 8th to round out the team score.
Multiple Apache runners achieved lifetime PR’s including: Drew-Guenin Hodson, Colton Schuler, Jace Bullins, Coleson Kugler, Kasen Oswalt, Isaiah Cordes, Braxten Lakin, Kristian Stanton, Maverick Sommers, and Kaden Rosen.
