Wabash traveled to South Whitley to take on the Whitko Wildcats. Despite the soggy conditions, the Apaches took command of the game early and continued to dominate possession throughout the game. In the first half of of play, Wabash tallied 9 goals among Solomon France, Kolton Wilson, Jacob France and Jonas Church. Wilson would add to his goal total in the second half, leading the team with 5. Hannah Layne ended the night with 5 saves. The second half of play allowed for 8 more goals for the Apaches and 2 crucial saves from keeper Will Galley. S. France was key to generating attacks for Wabash, and contributed multiple assists on the night. Wabash racked up 18 total goals utilizing many key players: Wilson (5), J. France (2), S. France (1), Church (3), Yoakum (2), Craft (2), Stanton (1), and Jones (1). The Apaches will travel to Manchester JH Tuesday, April 30 at 5:30 pm for its second meeting with the Squires.
