The Lady Apaches traveled to Marion, IN Monday evening. It was a hard-fought game that the Lady Apaches trailed until the fourth quarter. This moves the Lady Apaches to 7-3 on the season. The Lady Apaches lost due to a foul in the final seconds that sent the Giants to the line to take the lead 26-24 with 1 second left. Olivia Burns had her first start for the Lady Apaches, as Starting Forward Lilly Shear was out due to an illness. Burns stepped in seamlessly going after rebounds and playing aggressive defense. Burns finished with 2 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 steals.Captain Logan Wright recorded her fourth straight Double Double leading the Apaches in scoring and rebounds. Wright finished with 12 points, 10 rebounds, 3 steals, and 4 blocks. Captain Bryleigh Boggs chipped in with 10 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists, and 8 steals, and 4 blocks.

The Lady Apaches travel to Tippecanoe Valley Middle School for a big conference game Tuesday evening.
